Your Audit starts with a 1-on-1 “deep study” of your present situation. Before we even sit down I’ll send you a bunch of questions to answer so can make the most of our 1-1 time.
No holds barred, here, the more I know the more I can help. Even the seemingly small stuff.
We’ll get alllllll of your cards on the table and understand what you’re working with, especially the specifics of your strengths and existing community, experience, relationships, commitments, leverage, etc.
Within 1 week of our 60-90 minute session, I’ll provide you with a personalized analysis and recommendations that roughly follows the SWOT matrix of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.
This is all about determining priority, and order of operations, for the coming months of what you’ll be working on. You’ll know where to focus your effort now, as well as where to stop wasting your time/energy/resources.
