As a community builder and a coworking pioneer, I am always thinking about
I founded Indy Hall in 2006, making us one of the world’s oldest fully independent coworking communities.
This site is packed with the lessons and examples I’ve learned along the way.

When I founded Indy Hall is 2006, we were one of the first spaces of our kind. We invented the membership model used by countless coworking businesses, and our techniques for sustainable growth are seen throughout many of the industry's leading coworking operations.
Our community has grown from two dozen original founding members to several hundred, and our coworking space has grown from 1800 square feet to more than 16,000. To this day, we remain 100% bootstrapped and self-sufficient! 💸
We’ve learned so much along the way; that includes our own hands-on experiences, as well as lessons learned while advising and coaching thousands of coworking spaces in cities and towns and villages around the entire globe.
🎉 New for this year, 1-1 coaching is back! For the first time since 2016, I've started carving out a small amount of my time to work closely with independent coworking operators like you to help them start and grow, solve problems, and reach goals.
