&lt;p&gt;One of the exercises he has for getting &#039;unstuck&#039; temporarily is to get your team to walk/run around and shout the labels/names of things in the immediate environment but label them wrong (e.g. &#039;pencil sharpener&#039; for a book). After about mislabeling 10 things, it really messes with your mind, but in a good way.&lt;/p&gt;
