I am a student at Asbury Theological Seminary and am currently pursuing my Masters in Leadership. My research and writing focus is in Organic Leadership. These are some great questions, Alex, and I don't have any answers for you but I've been pondering them myself in relationship to RORO and Webjam, amongst others.

The one thing I have realised is this: if moral leaders don't rise to shoulder the burden, there are plenty of amoral leaders who'll happily volunteer.

How one assumes moral leadership is something I'm still struggling with.
