		<description>&lt;p&gt;[...] The barcamp format is an ad-hoc conference format that really boils down to topic driven organized chaos. It&#8217;s worth mentioning here that even though it&#8217;s called a &#8220;camp&#8221; it&#8217;s held inside, comfortably protected from windy Philadelphia winter weather and pesky mosquitos. Discussion and creativity are king at these events. All participants are presenters, since the whole event is fueled by open discussion. CM Access organized the first Camp back in September, and it was a total success (not to mention, we got to meet the killer team that threw the event). At it I pitched a Philly Coworking scene, which was quickly donned &#8220;Independent&#8217;s Hall&#8221; (more to come on that&#8230;don&#8217;t think I&#8217;ve forgotten about it). [...]&lt;/p&gt;
